The vibrant red color from the hibiscus definitely makes a statement! You can use an organic tea or make your own from dried hibiscus flowers. The floral flavor brings out Kasama’s pineapple notes for a light, sunny cocktail.
- 2 oz. Kasama Rum
- 4 oz. Sweetened hibiscus tea
- Splash of sparkling water
- Pineapple chunk for garnish
Fill a glass with ice, then add rum, hibiscus tea and sparkling water.
Garnish with a pineapple chunk.
